I started WaxOnWaxOffBodyWaxing because I heard so many heartbreaking stories about how clients were treated at other locations. Either they felt embarrassed, uncomfortable, rushed or some other bad experience no one should have experienced. I understand that feeling good and confident about oneself isn’t just about what the world sees in you but most importantly about what you see in yourself. It’s important and comforting to have people around to help you do just that. I would like to be the person to assists you in the removal of those unwanted hairs that just shouldn’t be seen. Cancellation Policy
Life happens — we understand!
If something unexpected comes up, please contact me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment for a more convenient date and time.
If a deposit has been made and your appointment is canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
However, if there is no communication and the appointment results in a no-show, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Please note there is also a 15% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
